Welcome to Kinhearted, a community-driven organization dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children and their families with love, advocacy, and culturally affirming care.
Founded in 2024 by Cle’tse Searle, Kinhearted was born from personal experience and a deep commitment to ensuring that Black, Brown, and Indigenous neurodivergent children have the resources, representation, and support they deserve. We provide family-centered care, educational support, and advocacy, helping parents and caregivers navigate the journey of neurodivergence with confidence. Through assessments, therapy, tutoring, and play-based interventions, we create a safe, empowering space where children can thrive—on their own terms.
At Kinhearted, we believe that neurodivergent minds aren’t meant to be “fixed” but nurtured, celebrated, and understood. We’re here to build a future where every child belongs and every family is supported. Rooted in culture. Guided by love. Committed to community.
Kinhearted was born from love, lived experience, and the deep desire to create a space where neurodivergent children and families feel truly seen and supported.
Our founder, Cle’tse Searle, began this journey when their own children were diagnosed with autism before the age of three. Navigating a world where their brilliance was often misunderstood, they faced the challenge of finding culturally affirming, compassionate, and effective support. They quickly realized that far too many families—especially Black, Brown, and Indigenous families—were struggling to access the care and community they needed.
Determined to change that, Kinhearted was founded in 2024—not just as a resource, but as a movement. Rooted in love, advocacy, and the unwavering belief that every neurodivergent child deserves to thrive, Kinhearted was built to uplift, empower, and celebrate neurodivergent children in spaces that honor who they are.
Today, Kinhearted stands as a beacon of support, education, and empowerment for neurodivergent children and their families. We ensure that no parent feels lost, no child feels unseen, and every family has the tools, resources, and encouragement to navigate this journey with confidence and joy.
Because at Kinhearted, we know firsthand: neurodivergent children don’t need to be “fixed”—they need to be understood, uplifted, and embraced for the magic they bring into the world.
At Kinhearted, we believe that every neurodivergent child deserves to be embraced, empowered, and supported in a way that honors who they are. Our care is rooted in love, cultural affirmation, and whole-family support, ensuring that both children and their caregivers have the tools, resources, and community they need to thrive.
Child-Led, Strength-Based Care
We focus on what makes each child unique and brilliant, rather than trying to "fix" differences. Through play, creative learning, and personalized support, we help neurodivergent children develop confidence, self-understanding, and the skills they need to navigate the world—on their own terms.
Culturally Affirming & Family-Focused
We know that neurodivergence exists within culture, history, and family dynamics, which is why our approach is deeply rooted in community and identity. We celebrate the intersection of race, neurodiversity, and lived experience, providing a safe space where Black, Brown, and Indigenous children and families feel seen, heard, and valued.
Whole-Child Support, Whole-Family Care
From assessments and therapy to tutoring and play-based interventions, Kinhearted provides wraparound support that nurtures every part of a child’s well-being. We work hand-in-hand with parents and caregivers to equip families with tools, advocacy, and encouragement, making sure no one feels alone on this journey.
A Community of Care & Advocacy
Thriving isn’t just about individual support—it’s about creating a world where neurodivergent children can succeed without barriers. At Kinhearted, we advocate for inclusive spaces, connect families with resources, and build a collective of love, learning, and liberation for neurodivergent children and the people who love them.
At Kinhearted, we don’t just provide care—we build community, honor identities, and create spaces where neurodivergent children and families belong.
